Reynoldsburg City Schools Superintendent Melvin J. Brown announced on February 23 that students will return to face-to-face classes five days a week, starting on March 15.
The announcement was made via Facebook Live and in a letter sent to parents in the district.
In the letter, Brown said that students on the hybrid learning model would return to school, but “several parents have asked their children to remain virtual. We are pleased to honor your wishes and, at the same time, involve virtual students in classroom activities and in collaboration with their colleagues. “
Brown added that the district would follow social distance guidelines, and the Parent and Student Learning Guide would be updated “by the end of the week.”
Among the topics in the updated guide will be information on integrated learning, virtual learning, breakfast and lunch on the go, hot meals, cleaning, mask and transportation policies.
