Serie A star flattered by Chelsea’s interest
Inter Milan striker Martin Satriano insists he is flattered to have been linked to the move to the Premier League amid interest Chelsea.
The 20-year-old, who joined the Serie A heavyweights in January 2020 from Nacional, Uruguay, is a starter in Inter’s Under-19 team, scoring seven goals in 16 matches.
Satriano also joined Inter’s first team this season, staying on the bench on three separate occasions.
With their shares poised to rise in the coming years, both Chelsea and Arsenal were credited with interest in their services, and Satriano admitted that one day he would be open to playing in the Prize League.
“It’s always flattering [the interest from the Premier League], is a sign that I’m doing things well and that I have to continue on this path “, said Satriano Sportsmail.
“I try to use this as an incentive to keep working and be better every day. The Premier League is the number one league in the world in terms of competition, which I think all players want to play, I think all teams are very good.
“It is a very competitive league, where any team can beat anyone. But for now, I am totally focused on Inter and doing the best with them.”
Alaba demands midfield
Chelsea has been strongly linked to the transfer of Bayern Munich star without contract David Alaba the past few months.
The Austrian recently confirmed that he will leave the club after his contract expires at the end of the season and is not arousing interest.
Along with the Blues, Real Madrid has been credited with the interest in the defender, who can act both as a defender and left-back.
Now, however, according to a Le Parisien, Alaba wants to make it clear to his potential new club that he wants to play in the midfield, as he wants to continue exploring his versatility.
It remains to be seen whether that statement would prevent Chelsea from making a move for the Austrian.

Berbatov admits Hudson-Odoi
Former Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur player Dimitar Berbatov admitted he ‘sympathizes’ with Callum Hudson-Odoi after experiencing the unfortunate scenario of being replaced in the 1-1 draw on Saturday with Southampton.
Hudson-Odoi was released at halftime while the Blues were chasing their way back into the game, but Tuchel pulled him out just 31 minutes later.
Tuchel insisted that he made the decision because he was not impressed by the attitude of the English international.
Despite admitting that he is sympathetic to the extreme, Berbatov can see why Tuchel made the change.
“Tuchel has been putting his own mark on this Chelsea team, and you can see that in his team selections and the changes he makes,” Berbatov told Betfair, quoted by Subway.

“You sympathize with Callum Hudson-Odoi and the situation he was in, because it is not a pleasant experience for any player to go through something like this.
“I played in Germany, where they are strict and disciplined. I’m sure he didn’t try to humiliate Callum – it was purely based on the player’s attitude and if that attitude was not beneficial to the team, then he will change that.
“Callum played from the beginning and performed well against Atletico Madrid, so he took into account the message to the team that Tuchel demands 100% of his players.”
