North Dakota US Attorney, Drew Wrigley, is officially leaving office from Sunday.
Wrigley is the only North Dakotan to be named presidentially twice under President George W. Bush and then again under Donald Trump.
He says that during this last term his office has focused on violent crimes on reservations, internet crimes against children and civil rights to comply with the ADA.
After a 10-year combination, he is grateful for his time as a US state attorney.
“I was honored to lead this office and our law enforcement in civil defense, all of these efforts over these 10 years. I have the most incredible group of colleagues here in the US Attorney’s Office and in the others we work with. And I will miss these people a lot. And nobody is going to root for them more than I do, ”shared Wrigley.
Wrigley says he will now have time to find the right fit for the future of his life.
