Donald Trump may have pardoned Steve Bannon for charges relating to money, but what about his own net worth?
As a part of his final day in office, Donald Trump has pardoned 70 individuals and commuted 73 others. Among the long list is Steve Bannon, who was charged with fraud in 2020.
Bannon was accused of defrauding donors in connection with the ‘We Build the Wall’ campaign which raised $25m. They claimed he received more than $1 million and used some to cover personal expenses. However, he pled not guilty and hadn’t yet stood trial when Trump pardoned him.

He stayed for only eight months and re-joined Breitbart News, a news site he co-founded in 2007.
Bannon started his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. In 1990, he set up his own company, Bannon & Co, a boutique investment bank specialising in media.
His foray into media didn’t end there either, in the 90s, he went onto become an executive producer in Hollywood, producing 18 films including Sean Penn’s The Indian Runner.

According to Spear’s, Steve Bannon’s net worth is an estimated $48 million. The majority of his money is reported to stem from real estate property and entertainment companies.
Bannon Strategic Advisors, his consulting firm, is reported to be worth between $5 million and $25 million. While his film company Bannon Film Industries is thought to be worth between $1 million and $5 million.
Interestingly, some of his wealth comes from TV show Seinfeld. After advising Westinghouse Electric on a sale, Bannon was reportedly paid in shares of five shows. Seinfeld has generated an estimated $3.26 billion in global syndication.
