AHMEDABAD: The Technological University of Gujarat announced on Tuesday that 98 percent of students in the first and second semesters of undergraduate and diploma courses at all colleges took university exams conducted online.
Vice Chancellor Navin Sheth and registrar K N Kher said in a statement that the university had taken all possible measures against Covid-19 during the exams and that this high proportion of students took the exams online.
“It is a record that so many eligible students took the exams,” says the statement. Preparations for several other online exams are now underway. Students outside of Gujarat and foreign countries can also opt for online exams, the statement said. TNN.
