Results driven by high scores on usability and ease of trading and system reliability in the broker management system
Brighton, United Kingdom, 17 May 2021 announced today that it has maintained its strong position and improved its overall ranking in the category of broker management systems in 2021 Insurance Times E-commerce research. In this year Five-star rating report: eTrading, 850 independent brokers rated the broker management system they use daily, with five stars being the highest possible score. Year after year, software house improved its scores in most categories, including ease of use and negotiation, system reliability, customer management tools and support, and product range and breadth.
Brokers noted in the survey that Applied’s broker management system allows for high performance in eTrading through an “easier method of communicating with insurers / more accessible phone numbers” and “good CRM tools”. A broker also noted: “Applied is one that must be observed and will disturb the market”
